Our client is a successful international company and one of the leading players in the food production industry. As they continue to grow and scale as a company, they are looking for 2 experienced HR enthusiasts to take the role of Group HR Business Partners in their 2 streams – Production and Business Operations.
Group HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
Location: Zagreb
As a Group HR Business Partner in a time of organizational transformation, you will support stakeholders and cross-functional teams in the Production or Business Operations stream. You will drive change management initiatives, contribute to workplace improvement efforts, and help shape business strategies.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing various HR disciplines with a focus on employee relations, performance improvement plans, performance management, terminations, employee well-being, and HRIS reporting and trend analysis
- Managing and analyzing key HR metrics such as FTEs, overtime, absenteeism, and workforce movements
- Partnering closely with highest level of management across production or business operations
- Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures that foster a high-performance culture
- Resolving HR-related issues by providing expert guidance while ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards
- Coaching managers and employees to support positive workplace relationships and effective communication
- Supporting change management efforts and driving initiatives for workplace improvements
- Contributing to the design and implementation of HR programs including workforce planning, succession planning, learning & development, and performance management
- Driving the implementation of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) methodology across the organization
- Applying or building SAP (S/4HANA) knowledge to enhance HR processes and data management
- Supporting the rollout of new HR standards created by centres of excellence in learning, assessment, and talent acquisition
- Participating in workforce analytics and budgeting
- Leading or contributing to strategic HR projects, including digitization, SuccessFactors implementation, and new time management system rollout
- Coordinating a team of HR specialists and overseeing their operational tasks
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Labor Studies, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in roles such as HR Manager or HRBP
- Experience working in an international and manufacturing company is an advantage
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, consulting, and negotiation skills
- High business acumen and a results-driven mindset
- Proactive, solution-focused approach
- Proficiency in English
