The Equal Pay Champion Certificate recognizes an organization’s commitment to fair and transparent compensation practices and equal opportunities for employees. It helps organizations assess their existing pay practices, identify potential gaps, and take concrete steps toward greater fairness and transparency in compensation.
In addition to supporting compliance with EU regulations, the certificate helps organizations build employee trust and strengthen their commitment to a fair workplace. Applications are open until November, and more details are available on the Equal Pay Champion page.

Organizations of all sizes can apply for the Employer Partner Certificate. However, to obtain the certificate, an organization must meet certain criteria related to the quality of its people management practices, the maturity of its HR processes, and the level of care it demonstrates toward employees.
It is important that the company has established, strategically aligned people management practices and a commitment to continuous improvement. If this is not yet the case, our consulting team can recommend an HR Audit service, designed for organizations that do not currently have a highly developed HR system but want to improve the quality of their HR practices and, over time, reach the high standards required to obtain the certificate.

In addition, we conduct comprehensive leadership assessment centres that, alongside psychometric tools, include situational assessments such as role plays, case studies, and in-basket exercises. This enables us to directly assess managers’ behaviours, leadership styles, and approaches in various business situations.
Based on the initial assessment, we create individual development plans that may include various development activities, such as SELECTIO Sprints, coaching, the SELECTIO Leadership Academy, and other targeted programs.
After a certain period of active development work with a manager, typically after one year, selected assessments can be repeated to provide a clear comparison between the initial and final state and to measure tangible progress in leadership development.
