The Four Rooms of Change®

The Four Rooms of Change® is the leading tool for successfully managing change in a business environment. This training provides a practical understanding of how people react to change and how to guide them through the different phases of the process.

During the training, participants will:

  • Learn how to use the Four Rooms of Change® to lead and support change
  • Recognize the psychological states that accompany change: satisfaction, denial, confusion and inspiration
